lifetime contract 1/15/2012

That's right - 5 stars This is my second service experience with them, and was a sump pump issue. The first was a firehose-like kitchen faucet incident, at which time I was so pleased I signed up for the the lifetime contract. Today just validated the value of that decision. Something I am especially impressed with is their willingness to explain every possible solution to a problem so you can make an informed decision - They're the best! more

satisfied with ACE 11/10/2011

Had a plumbing problem recently and asked my co workers and family who they knew. Ace was referred to me and I was satisfied with the plumbing repairs I needed around the house at a fair price. I will refer them and continue to use them for my future plumbing issues. Thanks Ace Plumbing! more

crazy leaking! 10/17/2011

We had a leaky bathroom faucet. We tried doing a quick fix ourselves with no luck. It's 9pm, and faucet is leaking like crazy. So we call these guys up, and they're able to come an hour later! They have extremely reasonable prices as well. more

Ace solved it 9/24/2011

We had a leakly hot water heater and called Ace on a Saturday. They showed up at our door within 2 hours. They looked at the water heater and quickly diagnosed it as having a faulty valve. The entire thing was fixed within 30 minutes. (Note that we had called a competitor plumber beforehand who said that our water heater was broken and needed to be replaced. That plumber never called us back so we sent to Ace and solved the problem.) more

working fine 8/25/2011

Sunday I found water coming up from the drain onto the floor and I started to panic. My neighbor told me to call Ace pluming so they could clean out my drain. A plumber came in half an hour, he struggled a bit to unplug the drain but eventually it went through. I am happy to say now the drain is working fine. This company provides good plumbing service and definitely I will deal with them to fix my drains! more

worked the whole day 8/23/2011

Water was building up on the ceiling we didn’t understand what was going on and never had this problem before. We made an appointment ACE and they came the next morning and they worked hard the whole day and no more plumbing problem! more

back-up solution 8/21/2011

I had a very tiresome sewage back up a few weeks ago and so I called Ace Plumbing. The plumbing came out that same morning and gave me a free estimate to resolve the back- up problem. The price was very reasonable and so I told him to proceed with the work. He worked efficiently and did such an amazing job to fix the issue. I am very satisfied with this company and will use them again, for sure! more
