Acapello Salons

I have been going to Acapello in Falmouth for 4 years, but my colorist, Arleen, just left to move to Florida. So, I was booked with another person, Vanessa for my most recent touchup. Well, the color looked fine, until, after I left, I realized she had not rinsed the color out by my neck. This is a beginner's mistake. So I was left with nasty goopy hair by my hairline. They charged me $95 for a PARTIAL (!!) foil after chopping my hair to my chin. I paid around $100 at better salons when my hair was down to my brastrap. What really topped it off though is when I said I didn't need it blowdried since I was just going home anyways and going to shower etc later and the stylist said she just wanted to see the color. When we got up to the front desk I heard her say to the girl at the desk ""partial foil and a blowdry""....and I got charged $25 extra for the blowdry!! I would have let it slide if the foil was amazing but it wasn't - there was a gap between my hair and scalp and it didn't blend well at all. Pros: Aveda Salon, Great Parking, Nice Staff Cons: Overpriced, rough shampoo (no massage), could have gotten the same foil at a supercuts (no joke) more
