Absolutely Amazing! 5/11/2011

I went to this office for the first time recently and had a great experience. The girls in the front were very knowledgable, and friendly. They had a great balance of professionalism while still being very personable. I was helped by an assistant that really knew what he was doing and explained everything to me as he was doing it. The doctor was great! She asked from the beginning what my concerns were. She addressed those concerns before looking at the whole picture which I loved because I felt as though she was really there to take care of me and put me at ease. I would definately recommend this office to anyone! more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! 9/18/2010

I could not belive the unprofessionalism of this place. Specifically made an appointment for a cleaning. Was kept waiting due to a ""procedure that lasted longer than they expected."" 2 hour appointment yielded nothing but x-rays and a used car sales-like consultation, upon which the dentist informed me he was not doing ANYTHING to my teeth that day. ""I have other patients that are a priority."" EXCUSE ME?!?!\r As a patient with an appointment, I felt I should be a priority. Insulting and unprofessional. The front desk ""office manager"" was just as bad. ""Well, what do you think we could have done for you?"" were her words. \r PLEASE do not give your business or your hard earned money to these people. more
