I recently moved in to our condo, and thanks to Able PM it was a smooth process. My property manager was efficient and made sure that all of needs were met. She was very professional both on the phone and in person. Her staff was very helpful. They made sure that all of the required documents were ready and filed in a timely manner. Works to make things right 7/18/2013

The people I’ve come in contact with are friendly and cordial. When I had an issue with a lost rent check they gave me the benefit of the doubt and worked with me to get it taken care of. I think they could tell I was quite anxious and nervous but they did their best to put my mind at ease. The missing check was found, mistakenly filed away when it shouldn’t have been. I was assured this wasn’t going to happen again and I believe them. Mistakes happen, but it’s how people react and deal with mishaps that speak volumes about their company. Glad to know Able works with me instead of against me. more

Excellent Management 7/26/2012

Able Property Management has made owning a rental property so much easier. I no longer have to take the time necessary to run it myself, and am saving money because they run things much more efficiently than I ever could myself. I appreciate all their hard work and would definitely recommend their services. more

I cannot imagine how a management team could do a better job than APM. The last tenant they had for me was outstanding and when they left the team immediately found a new tenant who is turning out to be wonderful as well. The team at APM is doing an outstanding job! more
