delievered me damaged furniture all the manager said was ""well next time you shouldnt accept it"" i called them to discuss it and told them in exchange i would just deal with a free box spring. i really really needed bedroom furniture asap so i dealt with it until they harassed yes harrased me for a payment that was a few days late they even called my job after telling them more than 10 times not to they still did they almost banged my door down i told them before it was due that i was going to be a week late they told me it was ok well now they said they dont remeber umm ok please please dont order from them they lie and lie they are just money hungry people who obviously dont know how to run a buisness more

The worst service ever!!!! 8/10/2011

This store has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I would rather rent from rent-a-center and pay higher prices than to deal with this foolishness. I have been renting to own a laptop from this location for about a 1 year. I have one more payment left. The raggedy computer has broken twice and I have broght it back to the store to have it fixed. This most rent time that it ha broken I was told the computer would get sent to Maryland to Aaron's service center and would be back in two weeks. Ok fine. They gave me a piece of crap loner that is about as big as my hand. I was told by the sale manager (Elliot) the laptop would be back in couple of days. I called back and guess what no laptop. I then was told by the store manager (Anthony) that it would be back in two weeks. I then call back today only to be told that it was sent to Dell and Dell wouldn't fix it so they sent it back and now it has to go to Aaron's service center in Maryland which is going to take two MORE weeks! All of a sudden no managers are available to speak with and the girl on the won't provide a coporate number. I told them to keep the piece of CRAP and I will buy a brand new. Don't ever rent anything from this store. I should have stayed away!!!! more

The Most dissapointing experience ever 6/3/2011

I have previously leased a TV from Aaron's (which I still own) in one of their Miami stores and their customer service and professionalism was impeccable; AND THEN UFFF, I decided to get a bedroom set from this New Rochelle location...First of I was told the furniture would be ordered and I would receive it within two weeks ( that was on the 16th of May), so I am waiting for my set when I get a call (May 24th) from the a Manager Anthony, that the furniture I was getting was a floor model, of course I refused, if I am going to pay over $2K for a bedroom set I don't want it used. So the a sales rep calls back and tells me I was going to get it on the 26th...I took this day off, and guess what? no furniture, I was for a joke, I called on several occasions and a rep (Elliot) assure me he would call me back(still waiting for that call). On the 27th, after speaking to the manager again, (Anthony) and been assured that my delivery was coming by 1PM, at 4PM, NO DELIVERY, and just tired of it, I gave up and canceled the order and requested a refund on my initial payment. As if it wasn't enough, today is June 3rd, and still no refund...I contacted the store manager (again Anthony) and he stated he had no knowledge of a refund request and will processed today (keeping my fingers crossed this one is true). more

After this extremely bad experience with this peticular Pros: None!!! Cons: They harrass you by calling you endless times in one day. more

The employees are very disrespctful, they do not try helping customers. Very nasty people.will not do business in that store untill they are replaced. more
