I like the way they treated my pets. It was with care and proper knowledge. This is the reason why I am confident about this place.

They seemed so nice but after 2day's visit we will not return. My pet was returned to me with and injection site that took about 15 min to quit bleeding. Also ad fecal matter all...

I bought a groupon for this place to board my Italian greyhound for 5 days. Upon walking in I was told that my dog who is healthy and up to date on all of his shots would have to receive a bordetella shot that they (unlike any other kennel I've ever boarded my dog at) require it every 6 months along with a canine influenza shot. These 2 vaccines alone cost over $50, which to me totally negated the "deal" I got on groupon. Following being informed of that I was swept over to another area to be questioned by a "vet tech" who asked me about 20 questions about my pets stay. She told me that my dog would be left in the kennel if I didn't buy him the dog day care which was $12 additional dollars a day. I agreed to that for 2 out of the 5 so my poor dog wasn't left locked in a cell all day. Also, she told me that the expression of the anal glands (that came as part of the groupon) was only external and that they were going to charge me to do it internally. Then she tried to get me to purchase more

Worst Customer Service, Fallowed by Insane Prices! 2/4/2011

I had to go out of town for a major doctor appointment for a weekend so I left my dogs here for 4 days. I saw it was highly reviewed so I decided this place would be better than my primary vet whose boarding facility is not as large. After filling out the paperwork, I was told two days after that each of my dogs needed shots, which I found hard to believe. My vet told me no means of this before and after buying a 1000 dollar dog from Petland with all the shots included.They were so disorganized with the shots and everything before hand that I almost canceled it. I wish I did because when I came back I was charged 2 additional shots I along with 12 dollar day fee for camp which I did not agree too My vet bill was 500 for 4 days, including the bath and brush which was sub-par. Because when I came home my dog was in mats skin deep which was not there before since he got a schnauzer cut days before. My other dog was the same way, I was told I can come back to get another grooming but if more

Dr. Spikes and Staff 12/15/2010

I want to thank AAnimal Clinic for the wonderful care and concern of our 5 pets. We began with Dr. Spikes in May of 2001 and moved to AAnimal Clinic May 2005.\r Our first real real problem with a pet under her care was with our sweet 17 year old scottie Pepper. We left her to board while away on business and noticed a place on her foot so I asked if Dr. Spikes would take a look. We got a call just hours into our trip that Pepper was very ill with agressive bone cancer and Dr. Spikes rec. putting her to sleep.We were so sad, because we could not hold her and comfort her but knew she would receive the best love and tender care from Dr. Spikes.\r Our 5 pets today are so well taken care of and we never worry about anything while they are at AAnimal Clinic with friendly and caring staff and doctors. I lived on a ranch and have had numerous animal and vets but my favorite is AAnimal. Our pets have had neutering, spaying,teeth cleaning,many illnesses and the latest our Yorkie chewed is stiches more

They let me walk out of there like that and did not offer any help/supplies to clean it u p. Tonight there is bleeding from the rectum. They r expensive or same price as other vets so .... . As I said, they are very friendly and I will never know what really happened. Suspect a trainee worked on her. Probably not a place for small pampered dogs. Just the facts---you decide. I trusted them & this is my experice. Don't know what could have happened. more

We were on vacation and we didn't have my dog's (Dudley) medication. The staff went out of their way to send my dog's medications to my vacation destination out of state. Dudley & I both think they are awesome and we are very grateful. more

LOVE A Animal Clinic! Amazing service, wonderful care for all animals, and extremely personable staff! Always willing to help out with any problems or concerns! They also have THE BEST Day Camp in Fort Worth! Every time I tell our boxer he is going to Day Camp, he gets so excited and sits at our back door and cries until we leave! It's great knowing that he loves being there and that the staff loves him just as much! more

BEST PET CARE AROUND 1/21/2009

My husband and I have been using the A Animal Clinic for our Jack Russell since he was 12 weeks old. They have superior, attentive, animal care with the total welfare of your pet in mind. The two veterinarians are wonderful with up to date treatments and medications. The place is VERY clean, the kennel assistants are very loving and kind. Nuke LOVES going to the kennel to board and we cannot say enough good things about it.\r Pros: Good hours for pick up and drop off more

They did a fine job with my boss's animals. He has both used their medical services as well as had his pets boarded for a weekend. They charge a standard rate for the industry if not a little on the cheap side. He would recommend them. more
