Jason and Andrew were professional, knowledgeable and aimed to please. The air handler replacement in the attic was a challenge but they stuck with it and did a good job. When I agreed to have ARS do the job it was on the condition that I get their "A Team" to do the installation and they did not disappoint. I would use them again. more

stephan did a great job!! explained what he was going to do first before stating the job very polite went straight to work and did not waste my time. took care not to damage anything keep everything clean. would recommend him for all my maintenance. thanks stephan more

Joe was the best technician I who has ever fixed any AC related issues for me. He was professional, honest, and above all conscientious about his work. After diagnosing a problem on my central unit, he went home and thought about it some more, only to come back the next day and find an easier and much cheaper solution. All this was done during two very hot days (over 100). I will always ask for Joe to come fix my AC. more

Excellent Service 4/25/2016

Technicians were professional and knowledgable. They worked till 9:30pm on a Friday night to get our A/C back up and running! We very much appreciated that as the forecasted temperature was in the very high 80's. We have been an ARS customer for years and have always received excellent and reliable service. more

Very good technician 2/28/2015

Technician came for a tune up safety check and worked two full hours so that thoroughly inspected the system. He found the problem and he called us back next day with details. Very reliable. more

Will Tech: for air conditioning service 12/14/2014

Will deserves a 5 star because of his professionalism, knowledge and etiquette. Even though he did not finally resolve the problem but he did identify the cause of this chronic problem we had for almost a year, and he passed it on to the high level for attention.He is educative and enlightening. He coordinated his previous knowledge of building with the present to get to the root of the problem. His reassurance left us with hope that the matter will be attended to ASAP, and it was. His ability to assess, analyze and solve the problem was handled with calmness and reassurance. I highly recommend him as the companies' self marketing asset. Thanks Will. The sky is the limit. PLUMBING PROBLEM 11/19/2014

MARC WAS ABLE TO FIX MY SMALL LEAK PROBLEM AND REPLACE MY HOSE AND CONNECTIONS, AVOIDING SERIOUS PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. MARC ALSO REMEBERED ME FROM THE LAST TIME HE WAS HERE WORKING AT MY HOUSE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ARS BECAUSE OF THE TALENTED AND PLEASANT PERSONNEL THAT THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM. more

THE ARS HVAC WORKER MARC M. WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY FURNACE, WATER HEATER AND GAS ALARMS. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF HIRING ARS TO CLEAN MY WATER HEATER AND HAVE THEM COME OUT EVERY YEAR TO DO SO AND ALSO HAVE A CONTRACT FOR CHECKING THE A.C. AND FURNACE EVERY YEAR. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON TO LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS EQUIPMENT THAT THE CONSUMER HAS NO IDEA ABOUT. MARC M. IS DEFINITELY AN ASSET TO ARS. more
