The reason for the visit was a checkup of the new HVAC system that was installed this summer. An appointment had been made for the visit. Billie arrived on time and was very friendly and personable. He checked out all aspects of the system and listened carefully to my description of a potential problem. He showed genuine concern, explained what might be wrong and talked to me about how to proceed. He took a video of the situation to try to get some additional feedback and recommended that I contact ARS in the Spring if nothing has been done before then (the reason for waiting is that the problem is with the air conditioner, which won't be used for the next several months). I appreciate his concern and the time he spent explaining the situation to me.
