I wanted to say thank you for your expertise, patience and expediancy in getting my sewer system replaced. I also wanted to say I was awed by the installers Fred, Mike and Shawn. Talk about professional, courteous and just down right great guys! There were amazing!!! I felt awful they didnt take a single break until 5 pm. Again, great job by all. more

Broken Equipment Fixed 9/22/2011

I was delighted with Mike J's knowledge of my power vent and burner assembly, among other things. I felt that Mike was honest and fair and because of my interactions with Mike and ARS my family will be doing businesses with them in the future. more

Fixed my leak!! 8/2/2011

I had a tech fix a leak. he gave me an estimate that I could not afford. your tech Jeremy was amazing. he handled the situation with professionalism, kindness and empathy. he appears young but exhibited the behavior of a well versed professional. also your telephone staff: Yvette and anetra are a pleasure to deal with and professional. I will continue to recommend ARS to everyone I know, I have been doing so since Ryan fixed my main line. excellent choice of employees, you are to be commended. more

Good, quick, but not the cheapest 3/7/2008

Had a evening weekend backup and they came out in about an hour. Tech was clean, cleaned up after self. Pros: Quick, clean Cons: Not cheapest more

Avoid this company 1/21/2008

they said they would be there in an hour and came 2 hours late. the guy who showed seemed very out of it and he didn't come prepared to do the job, a simple sewage back up and root cleaning. so we made an appt for morning time and he said he would call ahead to let me know they were coming. never got a call. called them and they said their tech showed no order in system and they would try and send someone out by the end of the day. by then I was tired of the runaround and didn't trust them. would not recommend this company at all. Pros: nothing Cons: everything, came late, forgot to show up second time, unprofessional more
