they said they would be there in an hour and came 2 hours late. the guy who showed seemed very out of it and he didn't come prepared to do the job, a simple sewage back up and root cleaning. so we made an appt for morning time and he said he would call ahead to let me know they were coming. never got a call. called them and they said their tech showed no order in system and they would try and send someone out by the end of the day. by then I was tired of the runaround and didn't trust them. would not recommend this company at all.
