Technician Mike F. did a great job on the HVAC six month checkup. He identified that our UV system was not hooked up and operating. He spoke with his manager and received authority to resolve the problem on the spot. more

I have had dealing and repairs by ARS now for 11years. Peter Wabbel was out today to repair my central unit. He was prompt and found problem right away and checked to make sure it was the problem before fixing. He gave me the cost and other options I might consider. Polite and helpful. A great asset to ARS. Will continue to use ARS more

He was prompt and found problem right away and checked to make sure it was the problem before fixing. He gave me the cost and other options I might consider. Polite and helpful. A great asset to ARS. On Oct. 18, 2012, Jason H. came to evaluate our heating and cooling system with the goal of replacing our old one. He did a thorough inspection and recommended the proper size and type of system we needed. Jason answered all my questions with full and honest information. He was genuine and very personable. He also did a follow-up inspection after the installation to verify that all was as I had wanted and to answer any questions. This was above and beyond good service. more

They were all not only knowledgeable about the equipment and its operation, but also very patient with my questions and wishes. They did exactly what I wanted.\r I have dealt with ARS for several years and have always received prompt and competent service. They deliver value for the dollar each and every time. more

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. This is the singular worse company that I have ever dealt with. American Home Shield runs a close second. My hot water heater went out in July. It took ARS 5 days to replace it, which is about as long as it worked. Withing 1 week I was trying to call them to fix the brand new water heater. Another several days past and I only got a response because I called their corporate office in Memphis. Their repair lasted 3 months and now it's broken again. Despite the fact that we called them at 7:30 this morning to come out, and despite their repeated promises that first they'd be here in the morning, then the afternoon, then the evening, at 9:16 pm they are no where to be seen. more

Get ready for some price gouging 5/21/2012

ARS price gouges. I usually keep my cool even when I'm overcharged a bit, but I lost my cool here. Replaced a tank kit on a toilet. They call it a ""rebuild"" like it's fancy - they're just replacing a kit. $20 tank kit, $20 hose, about 45 minutes of work. Weekday, non-emergency. $450 total. I was quoted $292 by the tech which I agreed to assuming that the job must take at least 2 hours. About 10 minutes in, he says I need a separate hose also replaced and I say OK. Less than an hour later, he's done, and presents me a bill for $450. Apparently, this 6 inch hose that can't cost more than $15 at Lowe's is $152 in ARS's markup catalog. So the parts were about $200 by their catalog, and the work was done at a rate of $250/hour. First plumbing call I have ever had to make, last one to ARS for sure. more

I researched several places and had several estimates before I chose All Temp. I was very happy with the price and package. They will try to match or even beat competitor's prices. The technician that did the job was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He showed me how to work everything when he was done and went over maintenance stuff. It's been about a year since I had my AC done and I haven't had any problems. more
