Lots of Parking 4/16/2005

The parking lot is HUGE, and yes, there are even parking spots in the neighborhood, on the street! Having moved here from Chicago, if you think it's hard to park at Oak Tree Theatres, let me clue you in. Don't ever go visit a major city. Pros: parking, multiple movies more

Very rude managers 7/25/2003

While oaktree is the only theater in the north end that provides a variety of movies, they are also terribly staffed. After you spend half an hour trying to find parking, the ticket counter people are very slow, and often the managers who work the ticket booth are the slowest. I have had a coulple of run in where the managers and workers were so rude that I didn't want to go back. The lines for food are not much better, with slow service and people who often forget your order and have to ask you many times. They have a very high turnover rate, so finding someone who knows whats going on is almost impossible. Once you are inside you will find many of the seats uncomfortable and springy. Having gone to this theater most of my life I think I am safely qualified to not recomend it. Pros: Good variety, good screens and soun Cons: poor service, no parking, uncomfortable seating more

Bang for your buck 2/17/2003

The staff there are friendly, the seating was ample on a weekend, and it's just a solid movie theater all around. Pros: Great service, Short lines more

Nice, clean theatre, but the ticket lines can be so long and the ticket takers slow especially in the summertime. You have to get there early. more
