They are not good. very expensive and the customer service is really bad. I have to cancel mine. I called once and all they have to say is we will check into it.

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

Saved a lot only in ADT 12/3/2010

SAVED $1,500 and this is a lot of money. you can never get this much savings in other home alarm systems. You have to try it.,. more

doesn't give false alarms 11/17/2010

I have 2 dogs at home and that made me hesitant to get an ADT Security system but, as I browsed through their website, they said that it doesn't give false alarms for dogs and motion detector knows if it is a person or a dog. So far, no false alarms occurred. more

ADT dealer, offered the most equipment 11/4/2010

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

ADT refused to give us any real credit. 11/3/2010

ADT here in Douglas County, GA is HORRIBLE. Avoid them! Our installer was so bad that the system appeared to work fine but we had no signal going to the ADT monitoring station for months. We received no credit. Now, we have the system not working correctly again. The service tech was supposed to be here yesterday but no-showed. A day of pay is lost when one takes the day off to await ADT. They rescheduled for today and it isn't looking so good. ADT refused to give us any real credit. They offered to credit the last few days of down time at a buck a day. They are nasty to deal with and like to remind you that you are stuck in a contract with them until 2011. more

easy to use 10/30/2010

I was able to get the system installed next day which was very important to me. The installer got the system in my townhouse pretty quickly and gave me a tutorial on the keypad. Keypad is easy to use. more
