Best

I recommend this system. I did not encounter so far false alarms with my home security system. I am with it for 2 years and I didn't encounter any problems.

Worst

They are not good. very expensive and the customer service is really bad. I have to cancel mine. I called once and all they have to say is we will check into it.

I highly recommend you to have security cameras installed especially if you're always far from home. I've been with ADT for 3 years and their service just keeps getting better. more

issues 11/28/2010

We chose ADT monitored alarm system and even before it was fitted there were issues. On the day of fitting not all the items were in the box, the fitting took several hours longer than advised. When the alarm did go off ADT were of no help at all. They have a fragmented approach to customer service. more
