My monthly monitoring fee for my ADT Home Security system I can say is very affordable. Only $37.99 a month. The installation fee is around $500 but it's okay as long as the month...

I do not have this system but based on the testimonies I have read, you are just bad. Better pull your company off the rack!

ADT has high quality security cameras. Mine was great and as I was watching the videos, I didn't get a hard time identifying who those people were. It was very clear. more

Parents' suggestion 11/23/2010

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more

secured and safe 11/11/2010

I am always out a night and I was always worried about my family's safety. Not until ADT Security quoted me a fair price on their alarm system and immediately installed it at home. Now I know that my family is secured and safe. I recommended them to my friends! more

ADT is the worst company 11/1/2010

ADT is the worst company I have ever done business with. It has been two weeks since they started the install and no one has come back to finish the job! They forgot two of our four bedrooms and we are still not being monitored. I've left a message with a manager and haven't heard back. I've called their many phone numbers and not one single person was able to help answer my one question. No one has any idea what is going on, including me! Everyone should read all over the internet all the complaints from ADT customers - past and present. I'm sorry we didn't find out until it was too late. more

No Reservations 10/28/2010

This review is for the newly released ""Pulse"" system that they are showcasing in commercials. I was very skeptical about using ADT after doing a search, a few reviews on google panned the whole operation as either a scam of over billing and/or non working systems. This may be true of what others have experienced with ADT but my experience with my representative and installer were nothing but the best and I have no reservations recommending them to others.\r more
