ADT security is not a bad system. I?ve been a user for 3 years and even though I did not experience a year free from minor problems, I am still contented with the service. Just continue with the good job! more

Their System Is OK I guess, but they have a poor phone response time in case of a real emergency they had one of the lowest quotes and are well known that is the reason I am still going with this company. It worked couple of times but I wont recommend it to anyone more

Julio Duran, the technician assigned to install our alarm system was an . He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and worked in a timely and professional manner. He was very thorough in explaining our alarm system. I can characterize my experience with ADT as one of the most frustrating to date. My wife and I had a $3,000 Custom Home System installed in September and have had nothing but issues. Last month a tech visited the house to fix one of the iCenter monitors that had stopped working approximately two weeks after activation. He walked in and out of the house numerous times, unplugged cat5 cables that did not correspond to the ADT system necessitating that I come out of pocket for repairs to my network, left the house stating that he was going to pick up a monitor and would be back that day. Approximately 4 weeks later we are still waiting for him to show up. This morning I learned that it is possible that ADT is going to charge me to fix what has really never worked. If you are looking to purchase a security system, please look at other providers. Our sales guy promised the world, none of which has been delivered. When it is all over I will have spent almost $5,000 in equipment, installation and servicing fees for a system that has not delivered what was promised. more

We did not end up going with this company because it was pretty pricey. I was quoted, for a 10k sq ft building, 780$ set-up and the same fee annually for a burglar alarm. The fire alarm monitoring was even more expensive. It was $1300 set-up, plus $2000 per year for monitoring. This was really excessive, since we already had all of the equipment in place from another alarm company. The quotes did not include any additional labor time, which would be charged by the hour. The company we ended up choosing included the fire monitoring for free, and all labor was included. more
