The person who came to my house gave me a very reasonable price on my security cameras. The installer who came here was nice as well. He was really good at talking or lecturing. Good job! more

I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me. Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good more

I have been with ADT Security for 2 years and we did encounter problems. Problems that are not so big of a deal. Well, we called them and they answered my calls and fixed my system. The sound of the alarm is a little annoying though but, so far, this company is good. more

My experience with ADT home alarm systems has been really pathetic; I got their monitoring devices installed a couple of years ago and their systems was having problems starting from faulty equipment to bad Customer Service. more

My experience for ADT system through MHB Security was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. AlarmForce was only offering 1 door and 1 motion for free and I was supposed to pay for every thing else. AlarmForce is not able to send Police directly in Toronto, they have to send their own guard so I skiped AlarmForce company. ADT corporate was charging me $895 more

ADT's installation billing is a scam. I had a previous alarm and ADT took over the monitoring and used much of the equipment. They charged me for an outside sounder, but never installed on because my old one worked fine. Technician said it wouldn't be a problem - just call for a refund on that pieco of equipment. Not a problem - what a joke! $ seperate calls over two months providing every detail of information, the only responses ADT gives are that they are ""looking into it"" and that a credit had been submitted, but it takes a month to ""process"" - what rubbish! They could simply credit my credit card that day. To all who are shopping ADT versus Broadview - If I had to do it again I would go with Broadview (or anybody else!) This is the type of lousy service you can expect from ADT! more
