Try other alarm systems but not this one. They are only after your money. The sevice is just very low and bad people. Do not waste you money with ADT. more

My mother encouraged me to call ADT security and have 1 installed to my home. Definitely not regretting this and my money went to a good cause. I feel safe and I enjoy now whenever I am out of town! more

I recently relocated my business. We had ADT at the old office for 7 years. They bill in advance for service (pay today for the next 3 months). We paid a pro-rated share of the bill based on our move-out date. That didn't stop ADT from harassing me daily on my cell phone for payment (that we didn't owe) during the hectic process of packing, moving and unpacking. We left the alarm off when we moved out. This morning, I got a call at 7:22 a.m. on my cell phone from an ADT person wanting to conduct an unscheduled inspection of my old office. When I called ADT to complain about the harassment, the representative offered absolutely no apology and told me it's just like if you don't pay your cell phone bill you get daily calls. Big difference though because ADT harasses you for payment for FUTURE service. more

I found out today, after almost four months of simply trying to get my mailing address correct on my new primary residence that they have disconnected my monitoring at my vacation home, due to not paying my bill. I tried very hard to help them understand the bill is paid through my credit card and has been for the past 10 years. They said they have been mailing me notices about the problem and trying to call me. I finally figured out they were mailing and calling to my vacation home which does not have mail service and no one lives there to answer the phone! After 10 years they still can't get this figured out! I told them mailing something to the physical address of my vacation home is like mailing a letter to Santa at the North Pole and wondering why he doesn't answer it! IT DOES NOT EXIST!! We moved our primary residence three months ago and signed up for ADT again. I now get solicitation calls from them asking if we want to sign up. Unbelievable. If I had not just spent hundreds of dollars having them install new stuff, I would drop them like a hot potato. more

ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means.\r \r more
