Service rep was knowledgeable about the alarm system and had the current status of the problem. This is definitely the number to use live person as soon as "0" was pressed.

simple and understandable 5/10/2011

I just got the system yesterday and so far its doing good. When they installed it, they were on time and the explanation on how it works was very simple and understandable--and most of all the price is very affordable. more

I have had security cameras before from other companies but with ADT, I could not ask for more. It is definitely good and whenever I have minor problems about it, their customer service representatives has never given me disappointments. ADT really is a trustworthy company. more

I have my new ADT Home Security System installed. Actually, my friends and relatives suggested ADT. And so far i am extremely happy with the service. I would say that when it comes to home security and safety of our family and our possessions its better to check for the value you get for your PAYMENT. more

Hi there, I actually don't have enough history with ADT to give a real review of there alarm system but I wanted to say that I just got an alarm system installed and my first impression was that if there installers are anywhere near the service then I feel great! more

My Choice 3/29/2011

After watching the news about all the different mom and pop alarm company's in town here the obvious choice for me was ADT. Alot of these alarm company's didn't even have a license to sell alarms. That was disturbing. Also alot of them are using out dated equipment. ADT has been doing this for over 130 years so I think they know what they are doing by now. more
