The signs and stickers that advertise that your property is monitored and protected by ADT, are often stolen and sold. The advertisement is worth more than the monitoring fee. I diplay mine from the inside. I don't have the monitoring, but I feel secure knowing my dog is safe! more

It was 10:25am when i called ADT because he hasn't showed up yet, and I called back again after 10 minutes to check the status and the customer rep put me on hold and contacted Daniel and even his Sales Manager. Unfortunately can't get hold of the two. The customer rep offered me to re-schedule another appointment and I said I don't think so, do you want to reschedule another time to waste my entire morning and get upset. more

I am very happy to have ADT for my family. At night, we can all sleep well and there is nothing to worry because of I know help will always arrive on time. We needed to add monitoring and ended up with ADT. After 10+ years, the monthly rate is just too much. Canceled it and asked for the code they used on my hardware - and they refused to give it. They claim even though it was previously installed, they don't have to give up the installer code they used. Effectively making it useless unless I have ADT. If it had been their equipment I could understand - but my hardware?? more

MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. more
