Pleasant experience with ADT 12/3/2010

My experience for ADT system through MHB Security was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. AlarmForce was only offering 1 door and 1 motion for free and I was supposed to pay for every thing else. AlarmForce is not able to send Police directly in Toronto, they have to send their own guard so I skiped AlarmForce company more

Quick system 11/25/2010

We had an ADT alarm system installed last month. Installation was done well and the alarm service is working perfect. We love the chime feature that lets us know when the kids are coming and going. I never thought I would come to rely on this system so quickly. more

I have my new ADT Security system installed. My brother suggested ADT and so far I am exceptionally happy with the service. I would say that when it comes to home security and safety of our family and our possessions it?s better to check for the value you get for your asset. It?s better not to take chances with things which are inimitable. more

So frustrated! 11/4/2010

So frustrated! Just signed up with ADT two months ago...a week ago we arrived home to find the police showing up a half hour later. There was a problem with our home security system and police were dispatched - when we called ADT they said they tried several times to call us. We did not have any calls from ADT. After speaking to several managers, they confessed that they called but it went straight to voicemail since the alarm triggered phone to be off. Their policy is not to leave a message but if they know that the alarm will disarm phone, this policy sucks! Today i forgot the alarm was on and opened door by mistake. I went to disarm the alarm but no call from ADT. Spoke to them and they said that since we disarmed the alarm within 120 seconds, there was no need. I responded what if there was a burglar with a knife to my neck? We told them that this policy didn't work and they replied that we are stuck until 2012. So let me get this straight...they do not provide service they are supposed to and i have no way of getting out of contract? more

I am very grateful to ADT for finding the crook in our house before it was too late. Since we both are working, it was difficult for us to leave our daughter Cindy, alone at home. We found a babysitter, Emily for her. This lady was with us for over a month and nothing was skeptical about her Almost a month back our home had a Break in, even though we had ADT protection. Emily had gone out shopping with Cindy. On police investigation, they found the culprit through the surveillance camera provided to us by ADT. It was Emily's boyfriend. Talk about easy coordination! Anyways, we have our things back and I thank ADT for their support ! more
