I was in need of some vertical blinds in my home but did not know where to go.\r Someone told me to go to google. and search there so I did.\r A&B Carpet came up on google and I called them, they come over to show me some samples and get a price.\r I called another place, they told me each window would run me from $700.00-$2,000.00 depending on the price, I was surprised so I took a chance on A&B Carpet.\r They came over and brought me about 50 different samples of verticals.\r I finally chose a nice color, when Jose gave me the price I asked if he was sure because it was so low, he said it was.\r I placed the order right away and got my blinds installed about 2 weeks later.\r I LOVE my new blinds; they make the house look so bright and nice.\r \r Thanks a lot for all your help A&B Carpet.\r I will see you soon for cleaning of my carpets.\r Alma Lopez Pros: Beautiful Blinds Cons: Hmmm...None more

I never had my couch cleaned before and I thought it was time to do so.\r I spoke to a representative at A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. and asked them how much it would be to clean my couch.\r The first thing they asked me was, when the last time I had it cleaned and then they asked if I would be interested in Organic Cleaning.\r Honestly, I didn’t know the difference, so they came to mu house and allowed me to smell the different cleaning products they had, they all smelled ok but the Organic Cleaning stuff they had smelled like an aloe plant ( I went with that one) \r They proceeded to clean my couch (took about 1 hour) the couch is so freaking clean I never thought it would get that way and best thing is that there is no odor from chemicals just a light aloe smell which actually faded in about 24 hours.\r Bottom line, they did a good job and everything they said they would do, they did.\r I am very happy with the service A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. offered; I will most definitely use them again.\r From: JD Pros: No Chemical Smell Cons: No Cons more

I called up A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. to have my carpets in my living room and bedroom cleaned because my in-laws were coming in from out of town. I needed the carpets cleaned they same day and didn’t know who could get here that quickly. When I called and spoke to Sarah she assured me that the cleaning crew would arrive in about 2 hours, they arrived about an hour and a half later, cleaned the carpet, moved all the furniture and even put some protectors for the bottoms of my all of my furniture legs. The price was really fair and the carpets look great.\r I just wanted to thank they entire crew at A&B Carpet Cleaning for the efficient job they did. this carpet company did a cleaning job on 3 rugs of mines and they all came back still dirty with an odor, i mean they charges me an arm and a leg for there horrible service, and the lady on the phone was rude and gave the run around about getting my rugs cleaned again for no service! I have an office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and my boss asked me to call 5 carpet cleaners to give us an estimate on our office space for cleaning.\r When I had the other carpet cleaners come out they ALL guaranteed that all the stains would come out, I knew that wasn’t possible when there was coffee, juice and food stains that had been there for about a year, I then dismissed them.\r When I initially called A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. the gentleman that came over specifically told me that they could not guarantee all the stains to come out. Initially, I called A&B Carpet Cleaning Incorporated just for an estimate on new window coverings.\r Of course I had NO idea what I need or what was priced according to my budget.\r When Sam came over to give me an estimate he brought about 20 samples of different types, colors, styles & pricing of window coverings.\r I was a bit confused at the beginning, I did not know what to choose but as Sam looked at the coloring of my walls and furniture he recommended a shade called Silhouette.\r He did everything, measured, showed me samples and priced the shades for me.\r After about a 1/2 an hour of going through different window coverings I chose the Silhouettes.\r All the other companies that I spoke to want the money up front, Sam only asked for a 50% deposit and offered me a free CD on how to wash and take care of my shades.\r About 2 weeks later he came to install the shades. When I called this service & informed them of the size of our couch, they quote a mininum of $125. The lady on the phone infomed me that they would come give a quote and then we could decide if we wanted to cleaned it or not.. I have had the couch cleaned last year and it only cost $135 to do. When they arrived they quoted $ 350- are they crazy, then they jumped down to $ 250, I was not home my husband was, he again said no and then they got the lady on the phone and the price jumped down to $160, they would not leave when my husband initaly said no to the 1st two quotes, he felt very underpressure to accept the price, and in the end they did a poor job for the total of $176. .. We are all a little tight on cash these days, and these bully tatics are a disgrace, companies should be relying on customer service, I live in a big building and I will not be reccomending these people..... I had my wall to wall carpets cleaned in 4 rooms on November 5th, 2008.\r I was a bit weary about calling a carpet cleaner because I had a very bad experience with another company.\r When A&B Carpet & Rug Cleaning came to my house to give me an estimate I was happily surprised at the price. I called A&B Carpet to clean my oriental area rug that I haven?t cleaned in about 5 years.\r It was badly stained and I thought it was not cleanable.\r When I initially called A&B Carpet to have an estimate on the cleaning the customer service rep she was so friendly & knowledgeable about Oriental rug cleaning.\r They send someone to my house to give me an estimate. I thought it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to clean it but Andy gave me such a good price that I gave him another runner to clean.\r I received my area rug back about a week later.\r The area rug & runner was so clean that I did not recognize them, all the stains were out and it had this fresh lemony smell.\r Overall, this company did what they said they would and I will use them before Thanksgiving for my sectional and carpet in my rooms to be cleaned.\r I will recommend A&B Carpet to my family & friends.\r Great job, thank you to everyone at A&B Carpet. I desperately needed my sectional couch cleaned, I was having a get together and the couch looked awful, it hadn?t been cleaned in almost 5 years.\r I wanted a really good cleaning and heard about this new Organic cleaning. I heard it was safe and really effective. I called A&B Carpet; I spoke to a representative names Sara Cohen. She recommended the Organic cleaning as well because I informed her I had 2 young children (she said it was the safest cleaning)\r When Sean came to my house to estimate the job I was more than willing to do the cleaning. It took about an hour to clean and the in about 2 hours it was dry and looking like I just bought it.\r \r Thank you Sean, Sara and the rest of the employees of A&B Carpet for being so careful and reasonably priced in the cleaning of my sectional. I called A&B Carpet to inquire about the cleaning of my silk area rug.
