I had my truck towed in to Aamco for a diagnosis. It would shut off at times and hard to start. Seth, Shannon and his crew were great. I had to go out of town for a few days, but they kept me in the loop at all times. It turned out I had a bad fuel pump, in reality I needed 2 fuel pumps as I have 2 tanks and both were bad.I had not used the front tank for years, so I asked if we could change just the rear. They said they would try, but could not assure me that would fix the problem. It would have been very easy to call and let me know that it needed both pumps, instead they replaced the rear pump and it worked fine. I will eventually get the other pump replaced and when I do I will certainly take it back to Aamco on Atlantic Blvd. I sronly recommend this Aamco. Thanks Seth and Shannon more

AAMCO Transmissions & Auto Service rebuilt the transmission in my truck when I broke down two hours away from where I live. The owner there went through the process beforehand, went over pros and cons, and even gave me pros when they didn't benefit him. I thought that showed great integrity in their business. They were really good at doing business over the phone, and they got the truck working really good. It was a great experience. more

My experience with Shannon Miller and his Team was very rewarding. I have never felt as satisfied and as confident with the Quality of Service received. My vehicle was a 1984 Corvette that had been "repaired" by a shop owner that had been a "friend" for some time but for what ever reason he failed. My repairs were costly but worth every dollar spent without regret. When I picked up my Corvette I asked them to analize my "engine light" on y wife's Expedition. I was contacted and asked if I had had a recent engine change and said yes I did.I was told that I had a "warranty" issue with Ford seeing as they had incorrectly routed 2 wires that had been chafed and shorted out. My wife returned the vehicle to Ford for repairs. Ford supervision said "Rats had chewed the wires. No way. I told the Ford supervisor that he was dishonest....he was slightly upset...I asked that was the cause, why didn't AAMCO say it was "Rats" then they could have made the monies. He had no response. I paid him $100 for the rip off and returned it to Sannon and his Team of Honest employees. My story is long but to say I am very pleased is an understatement. I certainly had no regret of spending $8,000 total in repairs. I will return again soon with my Ford Sport Trac. I appreciate Shannon's efforts on my behalf to reduce the cost of a very expensive repair of my Jaguar's transmission. He called around to find a supplier with a lower cost for an expensive part and didn't charge me for having the car transported to and from the Jaguar dealership for programming of the transmission.
