This AAMCO lies to its customers. If you call them, they will tell you they are the only AAMCO Service Station in Humble. This is not true. They will tell you that the AAMCO Service Station on FM 1960 near Kenswick is closed. It is still open. I wanted to have my car taken to *that* station, and this one lied to me.\r \r Don't you think it makes me wonder what they lied to me about with the $670 bill they gave me for the repairs on my car?\r \r I don't trust this station, or the work that they did, and if they'll lie to ME, they'll lie to YOU. more

Customer Service is Absolutely Horrible 3/2/2011

It is an absolute outrage that they do not honor there AutoCareSuperSaver Coupon. Purchase at 89.95. The prices changed, the services that were offered free of charge were no longer offered. The appts were always weeks away. I made several attempts to get some value from this repair shop. I received nothing at all but rudeness. Not a customer anymore. more

Their customer service is very good 1/12/2011

I have been using Humble Aamco for several years. I used them before to put in a transmission in an older different vehicle, and it worked fantastic. So, I am having them do the transmission of my current vehicle now. Their customer service is very good. They update you over the phone about where your vehicle is at. I feel I can trust the not to tell me I need things that I don't. more

Great service for all your family's car. 12/30/2010

I have used Humble Aamco multiple times now for work on all of my cars. They have done everything from oil changes to brake work and transmission work for me. They're honest, which is why I continue to use them. If you have questions, they explain things to you. They make sure you understand how the car operates so you don't have unrealistic expectations. They provide great service. more
