The travel agent at this location is not very competent. When we used her to book our honey moon cruise to Alaska we decided to get the whole package through them (cruise and airfare.) When we booked the cruise we planned on flying out of buffalo to go to vancouver the day after our wedding. We told the travel agent that we would need a flight in the late morning or early afternoon out of buffalo since it would be very difficult to get to buffalo from Erie early in the morning, especially since our wedding reception wouldn't be wrapped up until 11 pm the night before. When we received our information, the flights we had been assigned were for 5:45 am the morning after our wedding. When we contacted the travel agent she put all the blame on the cruiseline and the airline saying the only thing she could do was charge us $700 to change the flight to later in the day. The reason to use a travel agent is to make the process smoother and worry free. I could have booked my flights for the same price and for the time I wanted if I did it myself. If your wonderful AAA agent is incompetent at doing what you request then why use one? So, my recommendation would be to book everything yourself, because once your agent gets your money they ""can do nothing for you."" DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY
