Sewage Water Damage 11/8/2010

I had AAA Flood out to my house after my son accidentally caused a major sewage backup to our downstairs living area. I cannot even explain what it was like to return from a long work day to discover this mess. I searched online and found AAA Flood Service after visiting their site I gave them a call. I got a live person who understood and was able to explain a few things to me. They had a team out to my house within the hour at 8:30pm and they worked for the next few days to clean this up. This was a major ordeal with many health concerns to factor in dealing with raw sewage. I worked with them for over 3 weeks and they kept every appointment and made me feel very reassured that I was dealing with experts. I would very much like to Thank them for a job well done. more

Water Damage Help 10/19/2010

I want to personally thank Jason and his crew at AAA Flood & Fire for all their help in dealing with my mess. I had them out after a toilet overflowed and flooded my downstairs living area. They pulled out the damaged carpet and baseboard, placed drying equipment. The office was very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. I was very impressed with the service and integrity of the company.Having water damage to your home is a very intrusive thing to deal with in the midst of everyday life, but I must say that I made the right choice in hiring them.
