Last month A-Metro Appliance Service company repaired our Bosch dishwasher. We want to thank you for your courtesy on the phone, fast response time, and great customer service! If we ever have appliance problems again we will call you. Also, we will refer any friends to your company! more

A Metro Appliance 2/18/2008

A Metro appliance. Worst service I have ever rec'd and NOT a NICE guy named GERRY showed up. I told them what needed to be repaired and asked if they could do this type of repair before I set the appointment. He said that would be no problem, that he could make the repair. Showed up, confirmed that needed to be repaired then said HE COULDN'T do it...and charged me $55 service call. He should have just said he couldn't do the job before he showed up and told me to call someone who could. What a waste of time and money! Pros: There are other appliance repair companies.
