This place is filled with slime ball sales people, very rude and while waiting on a over priced estmate on a ring sizing I watched in total discuss as there sale rep bad mouth a customer because he asked if they do military discount. The sales rep could have simple said no but took it apawn him self verbally bash this young man with his views. I give this young man tons of credit for not reaching over that counter and doing very bad things to this ingreat of a human being. I will never set foot in that store again. Go anywhere but here. more

I have bought several items from this shop and found them to be friendly, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to find the items that I wanted. They have several sales during the year, that can save you big money if you know your prices, and even when I missed out on one, they were more than willing to extend the 50% savings when I was able to make it in. Prevoius review was very surprising. I would recommend A&E to everyone. more

Bought a diamond 5/8/2007

But sorry that I did. Kind of shady and not very friendly or helpful. Don't reccommend this place. Heard the partners broke up a while back and the place has gone down hill. Note to self (and you): Research the company BEFORE you buy more
