its been about 6 years now that Al has been treating our house, before i always had spiders, since he has been trating no more indoor spiders, what a joy not to have to share the shower with them anymore. more

A few weeks ago I had thought a rat had entered my home. Just one rat. I set the trap, and caught one. A few days later, I was greeted by a rodent popping out from under my stairs! So I went in the phone book and called a pest control company. I waited DAYS for them to come...When they finally came a couple of days ago the guy was here for a total of 15 minutes and that's being generous. He set traps NEXT TO MY TRAPS set a few more and left. He didn't walk the grounds or check anything anywhere. He was rude and unfriendly. Then a half hour later, he had the nerve to call and tell me that for 400 bucks (On top of the money I already spent) he could do a few repairs and visit a few more times and get rid of my problem! He didn't even look around! What repairs? I was floored, and felt like I was being conned because I was a woman. I immediately told him I was no longer in need of his services. I was very frustrated and on edge because I knew there were rodents still in my home. A family friend told me I should call A Complete Pest control so I did, I was desperate! I spoke the office manager Bonnie and she was very sympathetic and ready to help me, just talking to her put me at ease. I was amazed at the price because the other company was charging me so much for nothing. Bonnie explained to me what Allen would be doing and squeezed me in the following day! Allen came ON TIME and did exactly what she said he would do, He was here for at least an hour. He located where they came in, set traps AND explained everything to me. Then he told me he would see me in 5 days!WOW! Allen was very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. This was money well spent! Thank you A Complete Pest Control! I live in an area very well known for its ant problems. In February 2008, we first moved into that neighborhood and we were completely surprised by the ant problem. It was completely disgusting. We tried every personal use product from major stores. Nothing seemed to work. We called Bonnie at A Complete Pest Control. I worked with Bonnie in a previous job. When she left to work with A Complete Pest Control, she was the first person to contact. Bonnie sent in Allen, the technician. Allen gave a great evaluation. He did the initial spray, and I hadn't seen an ant for a long time. Then we had a newborn, and that's when the ant problem started to increase. A Complete Pest Control took care of the problem at no extra charge. Now we regularly schedule spray appointments whenever it's convenient. We presently have no ant problems whatsoever! We're not the cleanest people in the world, so that says something. I've recommended A Complete Pest Control to four other people. They had tried several different companies, and ever since they used A Complete Pest Control, they told me they were completely satisfied several times. They're absolutely outstanding.
