I want to thank Mr. Burchfield and ABR for doing such a great job on my roof valley project. After 2 rains my problem is gone, no more leaks. Mr. Burchfield was able to fix my old leaking valley that 3 other roofers have not been able to locate, find and repair. With the other roofers I lost time and cash. A Better Roof did a great job doing my roof repairs. I will say that because of rain we had off and on all week that A Better Roof had to cancel and reschedule my initial roof consultation a couple of times. This was no falt of the roof company, but because I had an issue that needed to be resolved, it was kinda frustrating to have to put pans in my attic to catch water from 3 separate roof leaks in the roof every time it rained. Anthony with A Better Roof came out with his helper T.J. and they were able to find the problems with the roof and gave me a ""Quote of Repair Cost"" right there on the spot. I like that the company is doing their part to be green. They are high tech and keep up with technology. They sent me a bid electronically. I had the option to print the quote, but it was not necessary. I was so impressed with there professionalism and fair price that I signed the contract ""electronically"" and the contract appeared in my email instantly. Smart Pads and Computers are wonderful huh? The workers showed up later that same day and did the repairs in a profesional manner. I am 100 % satisfied with all aspects in this transaction. The repair looks like original construction and it has rained yesterday and this morning and there are NO More Leaks! A Better Roof of Houston Texas did my roof and I am extremely satisfied. They were on time, gave me a very detailed estimate, I liked their price. So I told the salesman to call that evening and I would give him my decision. I checked A Better Roof out completely; they had references that checked out and an A Plus rating with the BBB. When William called I told him to start my job. I signed the contract the next morning, I paid zero down and the materials were delivered that afternoon. I am very happy that my husband and I selected A Better Roof as contractor to do our roof replacement. We had many local roof companies come out and give us written estimates on the total cost for the actual roof replacement. We did a sit down interview with each of the possible candidates selected as potential roofers for our roof replacement. I am a manager with a large company based in San Antonio, and I was very happy with the way the manager/senior sales representative Mr. Jones conducted himself during the Q & A interview we gave. I could tell that my representative Mr. Jones from A Better Roof had a grasp and understanding of our roofing project only as one individual may after 20 plus years in the roofing business. A Better Roof did a good job and a fair price. I interviewed 4 companies that provided estimates for me. During the Q & A sessions that I had with all 4 roof companies, I felt A Better Roof offered the most honest answerers to my list of questions and they had the best references and the best rating with the BBB. After no rain in Spring for many many weeks, we had no idea that we had problems with our roof. After this last rain we noticed a couple of sudden leaks we did not have before. I called a couple of roof companies and noticed right away how professional A Better Roof was. They came out within a couple of hours (they had a crew already out in my area) and gave me an estimate. Based on how professional and prompt they were I decided to have them proceed with the repairs right away while they were available. I wanted A Better Roof of Houston to do my roof because of their references and A+ rating with the BBB. My salesman was Mr. Ken Havard, and he was very knowledgeable of the different types of roofs that are permitted in my Spring neighborhood. My sister is having A Better Roof do her roof as well. A Better Roof, LLC assisted me with my insurance claim that was originally denied. I thought I was going to have to hire a lawyer l saw on TV to make sure I would have a fair claim. Guess what? A Better Roof's expert team did everything needed to get my insurance to cut me a check and settle my claim with my insurance co. and there was no need to file a law suit or hire some ""shyster"" lawyer!
