Most honest!?? By Apox - Jun 1, 2010 I didnt get very far when i was doing my research and price checks for a carpet cleaning service due to this company. I was soon to move out of my house and had some stains that i had desperately been trying to get to lift. I spent a good deal of money on junk that didnt work. when i came across their website, i found not only low prices, but a how to for getting stains to life from the carpet using nothing but an iron, old towel and carpet cleaner. I blew this how to off thinking it will never work, but good try. :( I called the company anyway to have them come out and do my carpet and one of the questions to me was about stains. i told him yea, i got 4 that will needed to be treated. he told me to check out their how to that it was tried and true and even took the time to take me step by step on how to do it. He said when he learned about the technique he couldnt believe it either, but to try. Sure enough, i followed the instrustions step by step more

I was in dire need of carpet cleaning before moving into my new place. They answered my call promptly about 9 pm. They came out 7 am in the morning. Technician was very well dressed, prompt, and very professional. He was very friendly and was thorough in checking all the places and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He patiently waited as I had to deal with my landlord. I would recommend this company to everyone. I would definitely use this company again! more

Good: They were prompt. I called the night before and needed the carpet cleaning right away. They came out 7 am next morning. The technician was neat and professional. He was so nice explaining everything to me. He was thorough in measuring and checking every area for what needed to be done. He was thorough in writing everything down in the invoice. I didn't think the carpets could look that good considering how old it was.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: Service and the people were excellent on the phone and in person.. The technician was very polite and courteous and helped out with certain tips on how wood stained furniture leaks into your carpet if it gets wet which i didn't know. The technician seemed very professional and very friendly and really was very nice. First of all, I was impressed with the customer service right off the bat. I was connected to a informative and friendly representative and he quoted the service as well as determined a time that fit my schedule. I called with almost no notice, and $9.99 carpet cleaners was at my door, completely punctual, the next morning. My carpet was a disaster, with mud tracked up the stairs, but Ryan (the technician) had it clean within an hour. I was speechless! Ryan was also professional, courteous and polished. I called a few companies and was not impressed with what I was told on the phone. I called $9.99 carpet cleaners and was impressed with how my appointment was set up over the phone. The technician called and said he had a cancelation and asked if we could be ready sooner. This was very nice. He explained all of our choices and prices with us. I had called about 10 carpet cleaning companies to get quotes and information about carpet cleaning. $9.99 cleaning was the ONLY company who knew the meaning of customer service. They were VERY professional and respectful answering all of my questions. They were very flexible with my appointment and were able to schedule the appointment after my work hours and also moved my appointment time with no hassle. They attempted to remove a couple of stains, but since they were un-removable they did not charge me extra for stain removal. I did not have to be present and wait while they cleaned the carpets. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any carpet cleaning services. more

Excellent carpet cleaners. Very nice and well dressed. If you want honest, fair, polite, pass housing inspection and an outstanding price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! My neighbor had another company (english as a second language) do her carpet cleaning on the same day. Not only did the illegal illegal immigrants charge her $200 over the phone quote but she failed inspection & had to pay an EXTRA $300 to Forest City so it could be re-cleaned.
