Just picked up my new glasses!!! They are amazing! If anyone questions going any place else, don't do it! I made that mistake but thanks to mark and his staff they went out of their way to help fix what happened! My new lenses are so much clearer and thinner!!! It's definitely worth the little extra!!! I won't ever go any place else. #satisfiedcustomer more

These people are awesome. My son is always breaking his glasses and I will never go anywhere else 50 dollar eye guy is like my second home. I would recommend everyone to go there. Once you go you will never want to go anywhere else. more

I LOVE MY NEW EYEGLASSES !!! I have been using Tegenkamp for years. My parents started taking me there when I was just a kid. They have been in business forever! Now I take my kids there. As for Jeanette, I find that hard to believe because they have always given me a one year warranty and one time I was two months out of warranty and they still replaced my eyeglasses. All I can tell you is go check it out for yourself. You will love this place! I know I wouldnt trust my eyes to anyone else!!! more

Absolutely fabulous, the doctor and his team were just amazing, I felt like I was buying a custom suit and not a pair of glasses. Besides the wonderful service, the selection was awesome and the prices surprisingly reasonable. I've never had so many people stop and tell me how great my new glasses look before, he makes that difference. Best Eye Exam ever! Doctor was great and his staff was top notch! I have never seen so many glasses in one place! It was like an eyeglass candy store! Seriously it is an amazing place. I have two children and they have this huge kids department with a basket ball goal and xbox and just a really really cool place. I picked up my glasses and WOW the new high definition lenses are just the best I have ever had. This place was packed out with people so you have to be patient. I promise it was worth the wait. I paid 299.00 for two pair of Ray Ban glasses. I thought that was a pretty good deal and I am very happy with my experience. Hope this helps. Go and check it out! more

I have been going to Tegenkamp optical for years and I have always been satisfied. I like the people at tegenkamp because they seem knowledgable of what they are doing and that is important today. I don't know anything about glases so I trust Tegenkamps because they are good at what they do. To many places you go to have people that don't seem to care if you are satisfied. I met Mark once and he was very helpful and gave me a choice betweeen the better technical lenses or the convential lenses which cost much less but he didn't try to sell me something that cost too much. But I chose the better lenses and he told me those had to come from a high tech lab with the better coating and it was worth the wait. I wear progresive bifocals. He made them thinner too and that is great. Maybe some one had to wait longer or something, all I know they won't give them to you until they are prefect. Well that is all I have to say. I know they have thousands of customers and all my family go there. Now they have one of the best doctors in town. I see better than I did when I was 50 years old because with the better lenses and that is worth it. more

I want everybody to know what a great experience I had in buying my new eyeglasse. From what I understand Tegenkamp has been around for twenty eight years. They are locally owned and I had the pleasure of meeting the Tegenkamps when I bought my new glasses. They have this really huge eyeglass store in Pensacola. I have never seen so many different eyeglasses in one place! The staff was great and I just love my new glasses. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend if you are going to get some new glasses to go check this place out. Oh, I almost forgot. They have a really great eye doctor. Thank you for the great experience more

The only place I will ever buy my eyeglasses! I had heard and read a few things about this company but I had to go see it for myself. I am here to tell you, I am so glad I did! I have been wearing glasses for years and it was the best experience I ever had. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgable. There were so many people that it took a little while before they got to me. The coffee was great and the lady who helped me was superb! I wasn't to excited about listening to the christian music they played but they made me the best damn glasses I ever have worn. Yes, I highly recommend them and they treated me like a million bucks!!!! Thanks to the Tegenkamp staff!!!! more

A few weeks ago, I won a gift on 1620 from the Eye Guy. I won the Eye Spa. As I have gotten older, I noticed that I did not have any eye lashes. I picked up the gift and began using it that night. You would be amazed if you could see the difference. My friends can see them from several feet away.\r I think that the young lady who put the Eye Spa together is named Tammy...thank you so much. I may be old but now I feel feminine and that goes l long way to feeling good about myself. more

After going to two other optical stores in town I decided to go to Tegenkamp Optical. I needed a pair of glasses but I also wanted a pair of sunglasses with my prescription in them and the other two stores told me it wasnt possible. Welll when I went into the store, the layout is beautiful!!! They have so many glasses to choose from and they will help you in every step of picking out your glasses and making sure you are happy with what you decide on. They also informed me that I COULD get sunglasses with my prescription in them. I was so excited, first time in 20 years I would be able to wear sunglasses and actually be able to see. I got 2 pair that day, one pair of regular glasses and one pair of sunglasses and I love them both! I have sent so many of my friends and family members to them and they all have had a really good experience as I did. more
