Baby pictures recovered. 11/24/2010

My dell laptop would not turn on yesterday and I freaked. All my information is on it which of course there is no backup. Repaired my laptop, saved my son's baby photos and put a backup program that now automatically does it. Amazing! more

Been a customer for years 11/20/2010

I have posted this review on others places because I love this company. Great company who is all about the customer service. The following happened back in april 2009. 'On Sunday, a while back, during thunder my power shut off and computer not work. I found their ad in Gainesville newspaper classified under computer service or computer repair. Nice guy came out after I was able to schedule for my computer to be repaired the day after I called. My computer needed repairing because no power. He opened the computer case and repaired the computer to make it boot within 5 minutes. Not only do I not need another computer but I didnt have to go without it for more then 24 hours. I recommend them to Gainesville.. Thank you for this. more

Great repair service 11/18/2010

I currently live in Tampa by my daughter is a freshman at The UF. She had constant issues with her laptop until I was referred by a friend to this computer place. Not only are the prices affordable but there is a certain trust that you get which is very reassuring. She will be using them from now on. more

weekend service quick same day spyware removal 11/13/2010

Friday Facebook gave me some nasty spyware. It kept redirecting my internet searches to other ad sites. I took my computer in and 4 hours later my laptop was working great. This was on a SATURDAY mind you. No other laptop repair shop was open. Good price. more

Laptop fell and cracked. Called around town and this was by far the best price in Gainesville. Laptop screen replaced same day part was in. Valuable service. more

Super helpful, **HONEST** 11/11/2010

Saved me a bunch of money on my laptop repair. I am a UF student and broke my laptops audio port. Instead of charing me $400.00 which another company wanted to fix it, they spent the time on the phone with me letting me know of alternative solutions. I may not have spent money with them but I will recommend HIGHLY to all. more
