Amazing 10/26/2009

I have been several times. At least 5 times a year and this year has by far been the best. Food is AMAZING. Great service - wonderful people! LOVE it! Cook makes the most amazing seasonal cheesecakes. Last week has raspberry, so yummy. Hoping he'll make a peppermint one for the upcoming season. I highly recommend 410 Boyd Street! Pros: Homemade Seasonal Cheesecake more

Great place for great food, and friendly people 6/12/2009

The Hotess there is extremetly attentive. He makes sure you are well taken care of and gives you such a welcoming feeling that will definitely make you want to come back for more. The food is delicious, I found my self just speechless, words could not explain such tastes. But if i really had too then i would simply say it's ""EXQUISITE"". Pros: Extraodinary Owners & #1 Apple Pudding Dessert more

Artsy spot, cool hang out 8/14/2007

Went recently with some friends for a drink after work. I was surprised to find this place right in the middle of what seemed like nowhere. The bartender must have liked our group because contrary to what the gent above stated......our drinks were beyond well done. Although we did not try the food, I must say the Max Burger still has me daydreaming, I need to go back and have one. I guess the only problem is, I need to find someone to share it with. The burger is HUGE, filled with mushrooms, avacado, tomato, onion and cheese. The guy at the bar even offered to share some with us! The place is artsy with it's own vibe, friendly and very welcoming. I will go back so I can try the food and rate it. Pros: 3.00 beers at happy hour Cons: not really close to anything more

Hidden gem 5/19/2002

It seems that only downtowners are familiar with this great restaurant. 410 Boyd is not a huge space and it is not super fancy like some other downtown restaurants but it is well worth a trip to the edge of Little Tokyo. Their menu is creative with a multitude of options written out on huge chalkboards behind the bar. Blackened chicken salad w/ mixed greens, corn, roasted red peppers, chevre and an incredible cumin-cilantro dressing is the best salad I've tasted in years. Prices are very reasonable and parking is not a problem since the neighborhood regulars must all walk right over. Pros: Great food, Casual Atmosphere, Great value Cons: Out of the way more
