This is where I go for my pedicures. I get their Express Pedicure or Spa Pedicure, depending on how much time I have. The Spa Pedicures are fabulous. Towards the end they put these warm booties with "nourishing and deeply penetrating botanical nutrients." Nothing is more relaxing. And everything they use smells absolutely fantastic. To top it all off, you get to sit in a massage chair during everything. I'd like to try other services here eventually, but if the pedis are any indication, everything else is great too. I had given up on things like facials. I found the spas a little too self-aware and the staff kind of vacuous. Not to mention the insane pricing. And waxing? It has to be done, but I was rarely ever happy with how artificial my eyebrows looked. Spa3000, in Chestnut Hill, changed my mind. More specifically, Kate Brown there did. The place is beautiful without being intimidating. The staff is fantastic! Warmer and more human than a lot of the robots usually employed from the reception desk to your skin care specialists, and quick to tell you if the services you are getting can be packaged in a way to make it more economical. In this day, particularly, that is very much appreciated. Kate is a dream, and when I walk out I look great and feel great, and my eyebrows look neither like caterpillars nor Barbie draw-ons. The complimentary and wonderful teas, the great nail services, it's all makes for a truly great experience. more

Of all the spa experiences I have had, and I have had many, none beat this one. The employees are polite, friendly and quick to anticipate your needs. The spa is beautiful and the massage by Steven---oh my--to die for. Would drive from across the country if needed to have another. It was truly a healing experience! more

I am from LA and visit my brother and his family (who live in the main line) 4x per year. I have been to 3000BC at the Wayne location since it opened 3 years ago. I have found that the staff is very skilled in body treatments and holistic services. The last visit, I received an advanced skin care illuminize peel. My skin looks and feels amazing. My friend received a microfirming facial and also loved the results. The steam shower is great and we took time to relax in the tea lounge. The front desk is very helpful. This place is awesome. more

All I could say at first was, "Wowwwwwwwwww". I love the whole concept. I was fortunate to go to 3000 BC a few times for massages - if there be a taste of heaven...it's 3000 BC. :) Tip top. Great staff that are professional in every way. Nice items to buy and take home with you, I got a beautiful copper diffuser to take home with me to keep the aromatherapy in play. The only drawback...it's not the lowest in price of all that exist. Try it! more

i've been to spas all over the world. i travel for work and have been to many different areas. i go to 3000bc because i get the same world class service as the top spas in germany. 3000bc offers tea when you get there, i love the men's locker room with steam. they also have robes that fit me. the massages ive gotten are real good. i've even tried a facial, but i really like the massage. the staff tried to get me to have a pedicure, but that's not really my thing. the place reminds me of a spa in berlin that i went to. i highly recommend trying 3000bc more

I have been going to this spa for some time now. I absolutely love getting massage, and have found therapists there that I really trust. The decor of the spa is beautiful and I love the tea that they brew while you are waiting. While I don't get into a spa as often as I should, this is the place that I come to regularly and consider "my spa." The therapists and front desk staff are always very down to earth, make me feel completely at ease and are good at what they do. I have had great waxings, facials and massages. I'm not sure how to place my one complaint; so here goes: There is a very high turnover rate of therapists at this spa. Having worked in the industry for a number of years back in the day before becoming a mom, I can only assume this speaks to the management(?) What keeps a client coming back is the relationship that they develop with a therapist that they know and trust. I just hope that more spa directors realize this so that I can trust the therapists that I know will give me good service will still be there when I get back! So In Short: Definitely worth every penny. A very great atmosphere and I am always pleased! Go there, you won't be disappointed! more

I have been to 3000BC several times since the middle of 2008, and I have always been completely satisfied with the overall experience. The front desk staff continually provides personal and friendly service, as well as information on the advanced skin care services and products. I have traveled to many destination spas and this facility offers the finest holistic and medical based skin care treatments and massage services. I am really pleased to hear that 3000BC is now affiliated with one of the leading regional plastic surgeons in the midatlantic states. The spa is clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend 3000BC to all my friends and family. more

I have been to high end spas throughout the country and have found 3000BC to be the best. I am in the medical profession and lead a very busy and stressful life. Upon entering 3000BC I found the staff to be very helpfull. The therapists are the best anywhere in the country. I have had facials, many different types of massage treatments and have found each treatment to be of the highest quality. The spas are both beautiful and VERY relaxing. I have never been able to find a spa experience that comes even close to the one at 3000BC! more

I tried 3000BC for my monthly facial on advice from friend. I was impressed by the clean and beautiful facility. Cool place, great vibe, friendly staff. What surprised me was the free expert complexion analysis - VISIA service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable. I left the spa not only feeling renewed but the Visia report showed a lot of sun damage and so later on I saw my doctor and got some pre-cancer spots attended to talk about excellent skincare!! WOW. I'll be back. more
