I would never work for or hire to protect my property or person. They treat their employees badly, and the ones they can keep around are not worth paying. The supervisors are rude and nasty to their staff and customers. The owner has no idea how to run a business properly and they change policy, procedures and pay to accommodate their needs. And sadly the HR department has no idea what is going on and they are not their to assist the employee they are their to kiss the owners butt. Not a company I would recommend. more

First Choice hires so called guards that abandon their posts, admitted drug users, drunks that show up drunk, smoke pot on the premises, vandalize the clients property, allow sexual harassment and the so called supervisor was fired for sleeping on the job, then hired back as a supervisor, who also is an admitted drug user. Hire individuals that can't pass a background check, put employees in dangerous places unarmed, rehires people they fire so their clients get the best service, guards fall asleep on their posts causing thefts and damage to happen and don't report them. Then those individuals are reassigned not fired only to be promoted. All the competent employees are screwed over by the local Capt. who is at the center of this joke of a company and either forced to quit or are fired. !st choice security is by far the worst compnay i have every seen before i applyed for a postion 3 times and everytime i called them back they gave it to someone else and they were about to hire me but never called back or returned by calls so beware of this security company. more

RACIST!!!!! RACIST!!!!!!RACIST!!!! I know of several people who applied with this company young African Americans who have no Criminal background can pass drug screens and have experience in Security ,but when you go in and fill out your application they overlook them and keep posting want adds until a white canidate applies we tested our theory and sure enough the young men we sent in did not get a interview but the white guy we sent in did get one and he had no experience in Security , Any company that runs like that we should not support more

Their customer relations and communication toward the customer is terrible. I went to first choice security to have a service completed that I figured was a simple task for a company that specializes in security. My service was completed wrong I lost out on a substantial amount of money and first choice security would do nothing to help me out. Multiple calls were place to the company and I was sent in ten different directions. I could not get my money back and I could not get my service completed at their cost. What kind of company leaves their customer hanging. Obviously first choice security is going nowhere fast. The worst part is first choice security continually tried to make this problem as if it were my fault. I could tell that they were getting aggrevated because they knew they were wrong and I continued to persue. So far nothing has been do more

I have never seen such incompetence within a company. Since they came to my business I have seen them go through around 10 security officers. The way the supervisor talks to his guards is despicable and when asked not to wave "his" gun around he aims to fight. I do not suggest business with this company. more
