I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE BEST SPIRIT IN HELPING PEOPLE BUT SOME OF YOUR STAFF NO ALWAYS RESPOND THE SAME WAY, SPECIFICALLY THE NURSE ASSISTANT. THE ONE THAT WE HAD WAS RESISTANT TO CRITICISM, SHE DID THINGS AT HOME HER WAY WITHOUT ASKING, AND I FELT SOME STRESS THAT I DONT NEED TO HAVE.\r I SUGGEST YOU DO SOMETHING OR YOU MAY LOOSE CLIENTS.
