I would put a plus sign to the ""ten"" for friendliness of staff because not only was each person I dealt with both friendly and helpful, the articulation of what a problem might be, or how a particular issue needed to be rectified, was so remarkably clear and so completely thorough, one couldn't help but trust the entire transaction.
I think again here, I would have to reference the intelligence of the staff; in my case I am primarily speaking of John since he handled my case, although Michael was equally precise in his break-down of the bill. However, from his initial explanation of how to maintain a luxury vehicle over time, to his exacting directions, to his descriptions of what work has been required on my car, John has been articulate and intelligent, as well as thoughtful and knowledgeable about cars, not to mention personally generous when he, for example, came to pick up my car a few towns east of Shaker Heights. I don't know anything about cars. I especially don't know how to fix something on a car when ""it"" goes wrong. Hence, I have never found someone I could trust since I didn't even know how to talk about what I needed -- until I met John. Now I drive three states ""over"" to bring my car to John's wonderful operation, notwithstanding its ""inconvenient location"".
