I have nothing but rave reviews for 121 Financial! Everyone I have ever encountered has been so kind, caring, understanding, and helpful. They have always gone above and beyond to meet the needs of my family. Out of all the banks in town, 121 Financial has been the only one to provide us with the products that my family has needed. Exceptional service for the business customer 3/26/2014

We changed to 121 because we were tired of being a number with the big banks. We receive all the benefits of the big banks but none of the hassel. We have a business representative that handles our vehicle loans and our accounts. One simple call to an actual person we know, and who knows us, is the solution to all our questions and needs. Personal banking the way it should be. more
