When I showed up for my facial, they told me that the aesthician (sp?) was sick so they'd see what they could do. My heart sank like a stone. But Debbie worked magic -- she offered me a heated hand wrap, brunch from a local restaurant brought to me in the spa, a massage instead of the facial, and an upgrade on my next visit! Wow! The massage was great; brunch was nice, and she really went out of her way to make my experience great. I'll definitely go back.
