Don't believe all the 5 stars, they are fake. I had one question about the apartment, does the landlord provide proper heat? He and his realty guy swore they knew the owner and it was a family guy and he was great. A month later when winter came I had no heat. The heat came up once every three hours for 5 minutes, not enough for a one bedroom apartment. I called once, and some guy remotely over the Internet turned the boiler on. The next day there was no heat again, and now the landlord wouldn't return calls. I stayed for a year since I had a lease and then left. A neighbor next to me wanted to start a tenant association because they said it was a corporation that ran the building and was getting worse and worse. Called Steven Apuzzi several times and NEVER got a call back. After he has your cash you are on your own!
