Touching the Light holistically addresses every aspect of our being: Body, Mind, Soul, and Spirit. It addresses all nature of our being in all timeframes Past, Present and Future. Everything in life is energy or a vibration. Every thought we think, every word we speak, every emotion we feel, every action we take is a vibration and we are essentially made up of layers and layers of harmonics, much like a symphony. As we go through life, our harmonics become out of tune, even obstructed; and when they do, we might experience physical discomfort or pain, or issues of Mental, Emotional and or Spiritual in nature.
