I recently moved into Austin Ranch and would like to share my experience with you. I looked at five or six different places and found some to be competitive on the monthly payment, some to have comparable amenities and some to have move in specials rivaling Austin Ranch. However what really made the difference for me was the pleasant and helpful sales staff. Specifically, Keri Felton was so helpful and such a joy to work with. She managed to make my experience not only enjoyable but fun even in forty degree weather on a golf cart! She took the time to find me exactly what I needed and although I did not lease the first day, she consistently and pleasantly followed up with for over a week. In training sales professionals across North America for over 14 years, I assure you, follow up is such a rare quality! In closing, I would recommend anyone to lease at Austin Ranch and I salute Keri, your entire sales team and I salute you as a manager for your involvement because it is obvious you have trained your team well as all of my interactions with various leasing agents has been great!
