I had the same experience only I didn't even get the DVD. Photos were made
10-8-10. Told the same story about Beach Studios going "out of business" and taken over by Coastal Beach Studios. Was told 11-15-10 that I would receive the DVD in the mail within 7 working days and have yet to see anything. Not holding my breath, but did file a dispute with my credit card company, hoping to get something back out of it.
