Review content:
Parsons Bakery has been in business for almost forever, and is kind of an institution. They offer dozens of different breads, rolls, muffins, bagels, pies and cookies. Many are time-tested, old-fashioned favorites. My familiy likes their coconut cream pies, and pumpkin cookies, or any of their bagels. Lots of sweet things to eat here.
They have long offered pre-made-that-day sandwiches (kind of plain for my taste), but recently offered spaghetti lunches which, to be honest, I haven't been able to try yet -- because they're always sold out!
They also offer a large assortment of sodas and healthy drinks. And, fruit and vegetables shaped scrubbies for the kitchen. Really cute, but why?
Great baked goods, and like many bakeries, surprisingly cheap for what you get.
