I recently received my 2011 335is and when I went home I noticed a small scratch on the bumper. I notified Jim and sent him the photos and just hours later he submitted a transport insurance claim and put me in touch with the folks at United who would help me get this resolved. I went in today to speak with Billy Futey and Shannon (their bodyshop rep) and about 30 minutes later Shannon was able to buff out the marks I identified. People like Jim, Billy, and Shannon make this is a great dealership!
