Review content:
Good: The water heater installer came during the time period specified by the dispatcher. He was competent and worked very quickly. He also helped explained what needed to be done and why. He even cleaned up his work area and hauled off the old heater. All in all, well-done job.. Bad: Nothing really except the fact that the old water heater was out of code so there were additional costs but that had to be expected.. Improvements: I think it would be nice if the dispatcher had a list of additional items that would be required to assure the heater was valid for warranty work and was up to code along with the associated costs since the dispatcher would have the address. This way, the homeowner doesn't get quite surprised at the sticker shock if they find out that their area has a revised code and permit requirement.. Other: The installer did a good job and I had no complaints. Highly Recommend..
