these guys do not know what the hell they are doing, I watched one guy try and tow this car and he had to back up to the car FIVE different times, he even got out of the truck and lowered the deck twice. It took him a good thirty minutes to hook it up, and even then it is not hooked up right, The ONLY reason I have ever used them is because I have AAA so it was free for me but after the last time when the guy almost ripped the plastic off my bumper and then did not hook it down correctly, I will never use them again.
