When we purchased our new home, we were advised by our Realtor to get a home inspection and we chose Taylor Inspection.
They provided an extensive list of items that were inspected, from the roof, to the attic to the dishwasher and the electricity.
Due to their diligence, some items that we would never have thought to check out were inspected and small defects brought to our attention. The owners were surprised when we presented them with our list and thanks to the Inspection, we saved a bundle in repairs that the owner needed to get corrected for the sale to go through.
