The first time I went to this spa, I will admit I really liked the hair stylist Renee. However, the price was a bit high $75.00 for a haircut and 5.00 Tip.....here's the kicker...i called back to make an appointment and the person on the phone who stated that she was the manager demanded a credit card...over the phone...in order to book my appointment. Since when did hair style salons become Dr.'s offices...or wait Dr.'s offices don't even have the Balls to ask for that over the phone. Even after telling her how unprofessional that was and that they just lost a customer...she didn't care....so obviously you are just a number and a dollar $ to them....Truthfully, I hope a company like this goes out of business.....but I wish the best for Renee...because she was a great stylist..... I do recommend the Paul Mitchell Salon that just opened up....they are reasonably priced $40.00 and do a very good job....
